RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the 1st respondent to give police protection at the time of demarcation by the 2nd respondent in the petitioner's property that situated survey No.4/14, in the Patta No.431 of S.Mathur Village Sivagangai District.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor R1 & R2 and Mr.S.MUTHALRAJ, Advocate for R3 and petitioner not appeared either in person or by an advocate, the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking police protection at the time of demarcation by the second respondent in his property situated in S.No.4/14, in Patta No.431 of S.Mathur Village, Sivagangai District.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Counsel for the third respondent submitted that there is a civil suit pending between the parties with regard to the boundary before the District Munsif Court, Thirupathur, in O.S.No.28 of 2016.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the representation of the petitioner was duly enquired and closed, by directing the petitioner to approach the Surveyor to survey his lands and thereafter to demarcate the same, in accordance with law.

5. Since there is no representation for the petitioner, to give one more opportunity, post the matter on 25.03.2019. sd/- 19/03/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
