PRAYER IN CRL A(MD) No.278 of 2021:

To call for the records and to set aside the order of conviction passed in Judgement in Spl.S.C.No.25/2018, dated 18.01.2021, by the Hon'ble Mahila Court at Pudukkottai. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALAGUMANI.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.M.AASHA, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.4588 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD).No.278 of 2021 dated 28.01.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.

4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD).No.107 of 2022 dated 02.03.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Crl.A(MD).No.278 of 2021.

5. Accordingly, this petition is modified.
