[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of her husband and to set him at liberty.

2.The detenu has informed us that he left the matrimonial home voluntarily in view of the misunderstanding with the petitioner. He has further stated that he has no inclination to join the petitioner.

Centre will not yield any result in view of the response by the detenu.
