Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to interfere the civil dispute of the petitioner property comprised in old survey no.1709 correlated comprised in resurvey no.689/3 of Chmeponvilai Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District having an extent of 64 1/2 cents of land. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to To direct the 2nd respondent herein not to interfere the civil dispute of the petitioner property comprised in old survey no.1709 correlated comprised in resurvey no.689/3 of Chmeponvilai Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District having an extent of 64 1/2 cents of land.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the second respondent police has conducted enquiry and completed the investigation and also filed a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate and the same is pending for trial.
