This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to direct the third respondent to register an F.I.R on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 22.2.2016 and take necessary action in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint dated 22.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducted and the same was closed and a copy of the closure report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
