The second respondent police has filed a status report, from which it is found that the investigation is proceeding in the right direction and statement under Section 161(3) Cr.P.C. has been recorded from all relative persons.

2. The petitioner's husband is said to have left the home after leaving his mobile phone with Rs.75,000/- as cash. Thus, we are convinced this is not a case of any illegal detention, but a case where the petitioner's husband has voluntarily left the home. Therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
