*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the brother of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body of Muthamilselvi, D/o.Uthrapathy, aged about 46 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The detenu is present in Court. She informs that she is living with her husband at Door No.331, Maruthi Nagar, Trichy Main Road, Namakkal, on her own volition. She further informs that she has not been detained by anybody.

3. Recording the said submission made by the detenu, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
