2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent had completed investigation and filed a final report against the petitioner and the same was taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.1026 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.
