Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2015 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court and directing the 1st respondent to issue a direction to the 3rd respondent to construct the third sluice-gate (Madai) in Paniyanenthal Kanmai, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District.
