The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a dispute between the father and son. The petitioner herein is the son of the second respondent and the second respondent is no more. After the death of the second respondent, settlement has been reached between the parties.

2.Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court, to withdraw this petition. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
