ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the District Revenue Officer/second respondent herein to conclude the appeal, dated 27.12.2022 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.Without expressing any opinion on merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal submitted by the petitioner dated 27.12.2022, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
