ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him in pursuant to charge memo issued on him dated 07.03.2013. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the enquiry in pursuant to the above said charge memo was conducted and completed, the respondents have not communicated the enquiry report to the petitioner and thereafter, completed the disciplinary proceedings by passing final orders so far.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner was issued with a charge memo on 07.03.2013 and that the enquiry is also said to have been completed, the respondents are directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
