Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.INDRACHITHU, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order dated 23.06.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a condition to deposit Rs.20,000/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Dean, Thanjavur Medical College Hospital, Thanjavur District. Due to pandemic situation, they are not in a position to deposit the said amount. Hence, they seeks two weeks time to deposit the said amount.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 23.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6532 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
