ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam in STC.No.1386 of 2017 against the second respondent.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against the second respondent under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act in STC No.1386 of 2017, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam has issued summons to the second respondent. On receipt of the summons the second respondent did not appear before the trial court and as such, the learned Magistrate has issued Bailable Warrant dated 29.12.2017 against the second respondent and the same is pending on the file of the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to execute Bailable Warrant issued against the second respondent in STC No.1386 of 2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is directed to furnish the correct address and location of the second respondent to the first respondent.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
