This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to allow this Criminal original petition directing the respondent Nos.1 & 2 to afford police protection to the life limb of the petitioner and his property situated in S.No.18/30B7, Paravai Village, Madurai District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit there was a land dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein and on the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry was conducted between the parties and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
