Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6571 of 2020 on 24.06.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6571 of 2020 on 24.06.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.3777 of 2020 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6571 of 2020 on 24.06.2020 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before respondent police once in a week (ie.,) Every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
