This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case, based on a complaint given by the petitioner, dated 24.02.2016.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has earlier given a complaint dated 21.09.2015, in which a petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.212 of 2015 and the same was closed. Again, the petitioner submitted a complaint and the petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.No.234 of 2015 and during the petition enquiry, the opposite party had paid Rs.1,40,000/- to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
