Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the 1st respondent in File Ref:Na.Ka.No.4129/2015/Tha2 dated 08.08.2015 affirming the Resolution No.90 of the Councilors Meeting of the 2nd Respondent dated 30.05.2014 and quash the same. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) Challenging the impugned notice of the first respondent dated 08.08.2015 affirming the resolution No.90 of the Councilors meeting of the second respondent dated 30.05.2014, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.On an earlier occasion, challenging the resolution of the Municipality, the petitioner filed W.P(MD)No.10629 of 2014. This Court by an order dated 02.07.2014, dismissed the said writ petition declining to entertain the writ petition and granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Government by way of appeal under Section 36 of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920. However, the petitioner chose to file an appeal to the District Collector which came to be rejected by an order dated 08.08.2015 which is impugned in the present writ petition.

to the petitioner to work out his remedy in terms of the earlier order passed by this Court on 02.07.2014.
