This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the F.I.R., against the proposed accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.02.2016 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court and to file final report after conducting proper investigation.

2. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Governemnt Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner to the District Crime Branch, Tirunelveli District, the same has been transferred to the Seevalaperi Police Station and the case in Crime No.63 of 2016 has been registered by the Seevalaperi Police Station for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 471 of I.P.C.
