(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 219 days, each in filing the above Writ Appeals.

2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners in all petitions. Though notice has been served on the respondent in all these petitions, none appeared on their behalf.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and taking into consideration that the respondent in all these petitions have got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 219 days, however, on payment of costs. 4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only), each to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which these petitions will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
