Mr.S.S. Manoj Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl OP(MD) No.22188 of 2024 on 14.02.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.22188 of 2024 on 14.02.2025.

2. Mr.J.Jeyaaron Raja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits

that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition No.8(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.22188 of 2024 on 14.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
