ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The writ petition has been filed in public interest stating that the TASMAC Shop No.9917 at Door No.79D/5 Santhose Nagar, Railway Feeder Road, Nallitinputhur Village, Thoothukudi District. In this regard, the petitioner has given representation to the District Collector on 26.08.2015.

2.We do not express any opinion on the merits of the representation or the rights of the petitioner except to direct the District Collector to consider and dispose of the said representation on its own merit and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
