This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.10.2021 and take further action.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 22.10.2021, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 23.10.2021.
3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
