ORDER
The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court 22.10.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.21272 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the 6th respondent Insurance Company to pay the eligible medical claim based upon the recommendations of the District Level Empowerment Committee.
2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that only a lesser amount has been released by the 6th respondent Insurance Company and not the entire claim made by the petitioner.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Insurance Company submits that whatever amount that is eligible to the writ petitioner as per the policy conditions has been released. 2/4
4. In view of the above statement, if the petitioner has got any grievance over the release of lesser amount, it is open to the petitioner to approach the State Level Empowerment Committee.
5.
