ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8334 of 2024, dated 07.06.2024.

2. Mr.K.Rajapandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lost his Aadhar Card at home. He has now applied for a new Aadhar Card. Hence, he is unable to produce the sureties in time. Accordingly, he seeks further time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8334 of 2024, dated 07.06.2024.

3. Heard Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered and time is extended till 09.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.8334 of 2024, dated 07.06.2024.
