2. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint

given by the petitioner dated 11.01.2016, a case in Crime No.3 of 2016 has been registered by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 147, 447 and 427 of I.P.C.
