Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.V, Tirunelveli to dispose of the above D.V.C.No.2/2017 on his file as expeditiously as possible and within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.V, Tirunelveli to dispose of the above D.V.C.No.2/2017 as expeditiously as possible and within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the case is pending from the year 2017 before the Trial Court without any progress. Hence, he has filed this petition to dispose the case.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, there shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.V, Tirunelveli, to complete the trial in C.C.No.146 of 2018 within a period of Six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8989 of 2019 petitioner fails to appear before the Trial Court on the hearing dates, the Trial Court shall take action against the petitioner in accordance with law.
