This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.300 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020 within the stipulated time which may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.300 of 2020 is almost completed and prayed for two months time to file a final report.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

4. In view of the above submission, the second respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
