ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to give necessary direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.1066 of 2016 and to file final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed within two months.
