The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 30.07.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.261 of 2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum IV Additional Sub Court, Madurai.

2. Despite receipt of notice, respondents 2 and 3, have not turned up.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and also perused the records.

4.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
