This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned order issued by the second respondent in proceeding DGET-19(4)/2011-CD-Pt, dated 18.11.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to conduct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents submit that the Writ petition has become infructuous and hence, it may be dismissed.

3. Recording the said statement, the Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
