This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint given by the Petitioner, dated 11.12.2015 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint dated 11.12.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 29.02.2016 and a copy of the closure report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
