2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent had completed investigation and filed a final report against the petitioners, on 08.06.2019 itself, and the same is pending at the stage of taking cognizance before the concerned Magistrate. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners become infructuous.
