Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 6 and 7 to forthwith return the Course Completion Certificate 1 and 2, Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate, Degree Certificates, 10th and 12th Marks Statements without insisting for payment of Rs.1,25,000/- and further to direct the 6th respondent to send a communication to the fourth respondent herein stating that the Petitioner has completed his Compulsory Rotatory Internship Programme within the time frame fixed by this Court.
