ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.02.2016 and proceed with the case in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint dated 12.02.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 03.03.2016 and a copy of the closure report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
