PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS r/w 483(i)(b) of BNSS, to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Trichy, in Cr.M.P.No.504 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025, instead of complying condition and signed in Crl.M.P.No.198 of 2025 dated 01.02.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Krishnagiri.".

ORDER

This Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS r/w 483(i)(b) of BNSS praying to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Trichy, in Cr.M.P.No.504 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025, instead of complying condition 1/3

and signed in Crl.M.P.No.198 of 2025 dated 01.02.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Krishnagiri."

2. Mr.K.Kalaikovan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly before the Court below.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioner has complied condition few days only.

4. Being satisfied with the reason stated in the petition, this Court is inclined to modify Condition No.2 of the bail order in Cr.M.P.No.504 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Trichy, as follows: "The petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police weekly thrice (ie., on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) at 10.00 a.m., until further orders."

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The other conditions shall hold good.
