O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy to complete the committal proceedings in P.R.C.No.8 of 2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that totally there are six accused in this case, in which A3 to A6 already appeared before the trial Court. Insofar as A1 and A2 are concerned, they have not appeared before the Trial Court, since the second respondent did not serve summon to A1 and A2. Therefore, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that totally there are six accused in this case in which all the accused were served summons, except A1 and A2 and on receipt of the summons, other accused are appeared before the trial Court, except A1 and A2, since their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.Now, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the address of the first petitioner gave to the second respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to issue summon on A1 and A2 for the appearance of A1 and A2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy is directed to complete the committal proceedings in P.R.C.No.8 of 2018 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
