The petitioner is the wife. She has filed the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition to transfer the case in HMOP No.221 of 2024 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee.

2.According to her, she is residing at Mugalivakkam, which comes within the jurisdiction of the Sub Court, Poonamallee and she has to travel more than 500 kms and attended the Court. 3.Considering the reasons of hardship mentioned by her in the affidavit and considering the fact that even after service of notice, the respondent/husband has not chosen to appear before the Court and controvert the said allegations, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
