ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the case registered in Crime No.25 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent for offences under Sections 406, 420 and 477(A) IPC.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that the final report is made ready and is going to be presented before the concerned Court within the short time.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy after receiving the report.
