PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.186 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 25(1B)(a) of the ARMS Act, 1959 in Crime No.186 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police was in patrol duty, he seen in social media that the petitioner was teaching A2 and his relative how to operate a gun. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case that the petitioner trained A1 how to shoot and the petitioner was also not having any license to possess any gun and also the bad antecedent of the petitioner, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required. CRL OP(MD). No.6227 of 2023 this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
