This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.545 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent police, dated 13.12.2015.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner is reported to be dead.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the course of investigation, compromise has been reached between the parties. By which, the defacto complainant has given a statement that no further action is required on his complaint. the matter has became infructuous.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
