ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 19.05.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 IPC in Crime No.132 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.It is the case of chain snatching. It is seen that the petitioner addicted to drugs. The local Jamaath has given a letter addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) undertaking to keep him under watch and monitor his de-addiction programme. 3.Recording the said undertaking given by the local Jamaath, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions; (i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli District.
