O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents-1 to 3 for police protection to the petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.05.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 03.05.2019, the third respondent conducted enquiry, after issuing notice to the R-4 to R-7 and the same was closed as 'Civil in Nature' and further directed to approach the concerned civil Court for getting appropriate relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to to approach the civil Court in the manner known to law.

4. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
