Respondent/Petitioner Prayer in CRL MP(MD) No.3890 of 2021 :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed u/s 482 of C.P.C, praying this Hon'ble Court to Accept this Extension Petitioner in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 15567/2020 Order dated on 23.12.2020 and give 3 Months time to file the final Report.

Prayer in CRL OP (MD) No.15567 of 2020 ;- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed u/s 482 of C.P.C, praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the third respondent to file charge sheet in Cr.No.203/2019 within the time stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 23/12/2020, this Court made the following order:

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking a direction to accept the affidavit in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15567 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020 and give three months time to file the final report. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction was issued to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Devakottai to file a final report within a month of that order. Now he seeks extension of time on the ground that report from the forensic lab has not been received. The case of the defacto complainant is that the accused is her own son. Now, she faced trouble by her own son and therefore, she made a complaint against her son. Therefore, the petitioner has to conduct further investigation in this case and hence, he seeks extension of time to file the final report.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two months time is granted and the Investigating Officer is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned court and the compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.

4. With these directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
