ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul District to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.3291 of 2022 dated 23.03.2022 under section 156 of Cr.P.C. by registering an F.I.R. on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.12.2021 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent, however the first respondent did not register any case and as such the petitioner was constrained to file a petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and the learned Magistrate by an order dated 23.03.2022 had directed the first respondent herein to investigate the matter and file a report, however the first respondent even till today did not register any First Information Report and kept the matter in cold storage.

3.In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to register the First Information Report forthwith as against the accused persons as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and investigate the same.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
