Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus restraining the respondents from trespassing into the petitioner's family property in Survey Nos.161/4C2 and 161/5B2 of Vallavallan Village, Srivaigundam Taluk, Tuticorin District for construction of drainage channel to pass the drainage water to the Thamirabarani River without due process of law and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2015 within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus restraining the respondents from trespassing into the petitioner's family property in Survey Nos.161/4C2 and 161/5B2 of Vallavallan Village, Srivaigundam Taluk, Tuticorin District for construction of drainage channel to pass the drainage water to Thamirabarani River without due process of law, based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2015.

for further adjudication in this matter, as the authorities diverted the construction of drainage channel to other route and drainage channel has not been constructed within the area of the petitioner.

4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
