ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to intervene in the civil dispute pertaining to a shop situated at Town S.No.1/37, Door No.63, 63-A at Bodinaickanur Town, Theni District in connection with pending civil suit in O.S.No.148 of 2014, on the file of the Sub Court, Theni, Theni District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
