This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated.20.03.2025 and to complete the enquiry.
2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in S.Nos.274/6A2, 276/3B and 274/3E to an extent of 1.23 acres at Arachi Revenue Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District. While so, the third respondent, who is the brother of the petitioner's mother, having properties adjacent to the petitioner's land attempted to fence the common pathway and abused the petitioner in obscene words and assaulted him. Therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 20.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2/5
respondent police would submit that earlier, the petitioner's mother lodged a complaint against the same private respondents and the same was closed after enquiry and again the petitioner, who is none other the son of the complainant in the previous complaint lodged the present complaint. However, the petitioner's representation is under consideration and for the same enquiry will be completed within a period of one week.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.
5.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint before the second respondent and same was not considered. The second respondent admitted the receipt of the complaint and the same is under enquiry. 6.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint and dispose of the same within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law. 3/5
