ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute and thereby not to harass the petitioner and his relative under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
