2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 25% of arrears of maintenance amount before the trial Court within a period of 3 weeks https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.5714 of 2023 from today, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
